One pouch. Once a week. One sacred moment for YOU.
Fill your bathtub with comfortably warm water.
Place one complete botanical pouch onto the bath spout. Gently move it through the water and gently squeeze to release its ingredients through the mesh bag. Remove from spout and let float in bath to let the remaining herbs diffuse throughout bath.
Relax and soak for approximately 15–20 minutes.
